It's ALL the characters from Sesame Street. You should have heard the crowd yelling, and so many people so excited that "it's really them!" Elmo and Grover are on either side of Big Bird on the float.

See the lady in the blue jacket next to Carter? She and her friend let Carter and Taylor stand on their folding chairs! Madison stood on the back part of the chair behind Carter, which made her taller than him, so they were all 3 able to see so well. I was so thankful to that lady.
